Deliveries

Service Types: Standard Delivery (3-5 Days) / Express Delivery (1-2 Days)

We aim to dispatch all items purchased before 12 pm Monday-Friday on the same day.

All of our items are dispatched via recorded post. Items which are ordered after 12 pm will be posted the next working day, orders after this time on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

All customers are provided with a tracking number to ensure delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Standard dispatch is Recorded 3-5 working day delivery service.
Express delivery is a recorded 1-2 working day delivery service.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, and it is yet to be dispatched please contact one of our representatives at info@seksybeauty.com. We will be more than happy to cancel your order and provide a refund.

In the event that your order has already been dispatched, you will be required to follow our return instructions. Please note that all goods must be returned in the same new re-sellable condition as dispatched. You will be responsible for covering return costs.

Returns

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original show box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the item(s) or boxes.

Please note if the item(s) or boxes returned are damaged, it could result in you not receiving your full refund. If damaged, the item will become unsellable and will result in a reduction of the amount refunded.

If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund please send the goods back in their original packaging with a courier of your choice. Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.
